“I wanted to share some good news with you!”  Charles Antis, CEO & Founder

Susan DeGrassi, formerly our Director of Cause, will take on expanded responsibilities within the company and is promoted to Vice President, Administration and Cause. Aaron Antis, formerly our Director of Sales, has been promoted to Vice President, Sales and Field Operations. 

Susan will now oversee all our internal administration, including our customer service and support team, and continue as Antis’ representative within Orange County’s philanthropic community.  

In his new role Aaron will continue to lead our sales team and oversee Antis’ field operations roofing team, with responsibility for all client-facing work, including onsite operations, quality control and project management.

Many of you know Aaron and/or Susan and I hope you will join me in congratulating them.

Karen Inman, Antis’ COO for the past three years, has left Antis. I would be remiss not to acknowledge the significant contribution Karen has made, especially in the area of internal controls and innovative systems designed to enhance the efficiency of our client service, and also her role in helping us grow and develop our leadership team. We wish Karen the very best of luck in the future.   

As Founder and CEO of Antis, be assured our goal remains to deliver excellent client service and provide clients with best practices across the roofing industry. With the promotion of Aaron and Susan we will continue to put every effort into this commitment. Antis is celebrating its 30th year. Today, we are stronger than ever, in large part due to the loyalty and support of clients like you.  While this letter is to celebrate the success of Aaron and Susan, it also gives me an opportunity to, again, say a heartfelt “thank you” to you. All of us at Antis are truly grateful.
