In keeping true to our O.C. roots, after 25 years in business, we’re not ashamed to admit there’s been a little nipping and tucking going around here. And while we’re not talking Botox, collagen and lypo, this year we did redesign out website, update our brand image and pick up a suite at the Honda Center. We think the improvements turned out pretty good, but as everyone knows, it’s what’s on the inside that truly counts. That’s why we’sre stepping up our game and improving the Antis experience even more with the trasnfer of two of our most seasoned construction management specialists, Victor Valadez and Frankling Dumas, onto the sales force. This transition will allow customers one-on-one interface with two of Antis’s most knowledgeable team members and position us for anticipated growth through 2014 and beyond.
Victor & Franklin have been with Antis for years, and with seventy years of combined industry experienced, they know this business inside and out. Specializing in the complexities involved in homeowner association (HOA) construction projects and repairs, as members of the sales team, Victor & Franklin will be front line experts, available to assist property managers in assessments, explain project intricacies in real time, and provide extra support throughout the maintenance, repair, decking and/or reroofing process.
Through it may seem unusual to put construction managers onto the sales team, here at Antis, it’s just par for the course. We strive to offer our employees various options to further develop their expertise, not only for the good of our company, but for the development, fulfillment and well being of the individual. We’ve had a number of employees start in one department, soak up all the knowledge available, and then transfer to another. Not to give all our trade secrets away, but we believe these dynamic opportunities make for a knowledgeable, well-rounded employee, happy clients, and very successful business. We noticed right away that Victor and Franklin had exceptional customer service skills, and after receiving compliments from the field, we knew they both would shine as a salesmen and as front line representatives of our brand.
As for Victor and Franklin, they say they’re ready to get to work. “I look forward to the new opportunities that this position will bring,” said Franklin. “My goal is to do my best for my company and my clients, and I am ready to use my skills and experience to enhance the sales process and make it easy for everyone involved.”
Victor said he is also happy about the transition. “I love working with people so joining the Antis sales force will be a great opportunity for me. Roofing construction management is what I know, and I am eager to share my knowledge with our clients on a more personalized basis.”
