We are seeking a talented business development associate in the San Diego area with 1 or more years of working knowledge acquired from a business development or sales role and/or HOA Management industry role. This role will cover the San Diego and Inland Empire areas. You have the ability to quickly develop positive working relationships and connections with external clients and key stakeholders. Must be highly effective at managing time, meeting deadlines, self-directed scheduling, and prioritization of tasks.  You probably played team sports as a kid and maybe still do! The ideal candidate wants to grow within a position, learn a new industry and meet new people.

This position is responsible for coordinating multiple functions that support and direct the sales team in achieving its goals. The position interacts with the Orange County sales team, Marketing team and our Chief Growth officer.

Along with building relationships and reaching out to clients (Community Managers and board members of the homeowner’s association) as needed, you will assist the OC sales team with preparing sales presentation packages and marketing material, scheduling lunches and events with clients, Salesforce data entry and updates, assisting with the review of hard due dates in the Salesforce estimating queue, and assisting with monthly/quarterly sales and material manufacturer sales trainings.
